Faith Haines Kolb
Senior Director of Clinical Operations
and Data Management

Ms. Kolb has over 19 years of experience in the planning and oversight of large-scale clinical research programs, including clinical affairs, data management, biometrics, and business applications; as well as corporate planning and policy implementation. As a member of PROMETRIKA’s senior management team, Ms. Kolb contributes to the formulation of PROMETRIKA’s corporate strategy and implementation of corporate policies and initiatives. As part of her overall responsibility for the Clinical Operations department, Ms. Kolb leads PROMETRIKA’s expansion of its strong in-house project management and monitoring capabilities as well as its network of clinical research associates throughout the U.S. and Europe. In the data management area, Ms. Kolb leads PROMETRIKA’s innovative and flexible EDC offering designed to shorten study timelines, increase the number of subjects/visits source verified during each monitoring visit, while adhering to high standards of data quality.

Prior to joining PROMETRIKA, Ms. Kolb served at Averion International Corporation as the Chief Technical Officer, where she was responsible for the overall performance of the company’s US operations, including direct oversight of Clinical Affairs, Data Management, Biometrics, and Business Operations departments, as well as strategic planning. Ms. Kolb also served as the Senior Director of the Clinical Data Services at Averion.

Prior to joining Averion, Ms. Kolb served at PAREXEL International Corporation as the Director of Clinical IT, World Wide Data Management Services.
