Nicole LaVallee, PhD

Dr. LaVallee has 17 years of experience in biostatistics.  At PROMETRIKA, Dr. LaVallee’s responsibilities include managing and overseeing statistical and SAS programming activities required for Phase 1 through Phase 4 clinical trials and regulatory submissions. In addition to her supervisory activities, Dr. LaVallee has participated in designing development plans as well as individual study protocols, performing statistical analyses, and writing statistical sections of protocols and clinical study reports.  Dr. LaVallee has specialized expertise in the area of design and analysis of cost-effectiveness and quality-of-life studies.

Prior to joining PROMETRIKA, Dr. LaVallee served as Senior Manager of Biostatistics at Muro Pharmaceutical/Viatris, Inc., which she joined in 1994. Prior to joining Muro, Dr. LaVallee worked as a biostatistician in clinical research for five years, first at the Hershey Pennsylvania Medical Center, and then at Parexel International.  Dr. LaVallee has contributed to numerous FDA submissions for a variety of indications. She has authored various journal articles in the areas of clinical trials as well as health services research.
