Rob A. Ferragamo, MCP, CCA
Director, Information Technology and Infrastructure Services

Mr. Ferragamo has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology within the biotechnology, financial services, and oil and gas industries.  At PROMETRIKA, Mr. Ferragamo is responsible for the overall management of the IT infrastructure, including systems, platforms, and capacity related services.  In addition, he develops and enforces company IT policies and procedures, ensures compliance with computer systems validation requirements per applicable regulations and the company’s master validation plan, as well as lead efforts to implement new technologies to support our clients’ development programs.

Prior to joining PROMETRIKA, Mr. Ferragamo most recently held the position of Vice President and Senior Systems Analysis Manager at State Street Corporation where he was responsible for building and managing highly respected and effective IT support teams, championing state-of-the art technologies, managing mission-critical projects, and implementing improved processes, practices, and standards for cost-savings and greater efficiencies.  Prior to his tenure at State Street Corporation, Mr. Ferragamo held IT support and management roles at Hybridon Inc. (a biotechnology company) and Coastal Oil (an oil and gas company).
