PROMETRIKA’s Internship Program
PROMETRIKA, LLC offers an immersive internship program for students looking to gain exposure and experience in the world of clinical trials. These internships offer various opportunities at the undergraduate and graduate levels across all departments in our organization. Under the guidance and training of our experienced team members, our interns have the opportunity to work on ongoing projects, thus providing valuable input while simultaneously learning through a hands-on approach. At the end of an internship program, our students feel accomplished, trained and prepared for an exciting career in Clinical Research.

Mentorship
Mentorship and coaching are integral parts of PROMETRIKA’s company culture! We offer a learning experience designed to advance skills and knowledge across all the departments of our full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO). Most recently, we have had interns join us in the departments of:
Biostatistics & statistical programming 
Clinical Operations
Pharmacovigilance
Data management & database programming 
Quality Assurance
Our program operates year-round, with interns closely collaborating with us onsite during the Summer, Fall and Spring semesters.
In addition to the critical hands-on training within their departments, our interns receive cross-functional and cross-departmental exposure by:
- Participating in various intra-departmental meetings
- Lunch and Learns where we share information and learn how each department operates
- One-on-one introductory meetings with each department executive at PROMETRIKA
- Company-wide staff meetings, social events and professional development opportunities
When students successfully complete the internship program, PROMETRIKA colleagues remain as an ongoing resource for industry knowledge and future opportunities. Key takeaways from training and exposure to the industry propel our interns to strive forward with their education and career paths and lead them to becoming well-rounded thinkers in our industry.
